Hourly Rate: $17.16
Salary Band/Grade: B22
Term: 10.75 months

Purpose
To coordinate state mandated AZELLA placement and reassessment testing; to communicate testing information to appropriate parties; and to ensure quality control and compliance with district, state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver’s license required
- Moderate proficiency in typing, with good accuracy
- Computer proficiency to include basic software applications (Word, Excel, etc)
- Knowledge of Synergy preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines with accurate attention to detail while working with frequent interruptions and minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with parents, district personnel of all levels and outside agencies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts
- Knowledge of AZELLA Administration and state requirements helpful
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Essential Duties
- Coordinatethe administration of the AZELLA Placement and Spring Reassessment mandated testing
- Inventory, order and update testing materials
- Assist with paper and online testing
- Ensure the administration of the assessment to all students identified for testing
- Support in the certification training of district staff administering the assessment
- Communicate (verbal and written) testing information to administrators, testing staff, teachers and parents
- Provide support to school sites during online and paper testing
- Communicate online testing platform requirements to school sites and test administrators
- Provide testing platform and troubleshooting support during online testing
- Verify accuracy of test data and prepare data for uploading student results to Synergy
- Develop queries in Synergy to monitor student counts for testing
- Work in the AZELLA, PEARSON, and ADE online portals for data retrieval and entry
- Collect and compile data and reports
- Disseminate student reports to school site staff and parents
- Administer and proctor student testing
- Perform state required observations to ensure guideline compliance
- Support with state audit observations during testing window
- Perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure efficient and effective testing practices

(Data Entry test -10 minutes)
